Prof Shekhar Seshadri
Dr Shekhar Seshadri is a child and adolescent psychiatrist and Professor at the Department of Psychiatry at NIMHANS. His work in child and adolescent mental health ranges from the area of developmental disorders to gender, sexuality, violence and abuse. He is a consultant to schools and NGOs for training, programme development, action research and process evaluation in the areas of life skills, education and parenting. His work also includes psychotherapy and psychotherapy-training related to childhood mental health disorders and children living in vulnerable circumstances.
